Noticing Rhythms

I am beginning to see more clearly now Winter has come to a close and Spring is here.

Noticing more closely the patterns and flow of things within the day to day. Each daily walk contains fleeting moments just for me. A way of connecting the outdoors to a more personal landscape becomes apparent. A blurred reality has been in existence.

On occasion the fog has enveloped me and a feeling of safety has become apparent. The trees whisper uncertainties echoing the time we’re in but somehow reassure me all will be well. The repetitive beat of my footsteps on a well trodden path become a warming feature of colder months bringing hope for a kinder future. These are the rhythms I have come to look for, enjoy and capture in my everyday.
