This piece is taken from the Breaking Up With Blue Series. It is unframed in order to appreciate the raw linen substrate and the working edges of the painting. This can easily be framed if preferred, please email to discuss. Either way, it is supplied ready to hang.
 
Shapes and spaces are depicted through various textural elements, some areas emphasising more matt substrate qualities at the same time as areas of satin brushwork. The variation in sheen indicates the subtle differences in materials used and references the importance of each individual mark making process.

    Due to Brexit and Covid-19 restrictions, shipping costs are varying significantly. If the actual cost of shipping is significantly more than quoted I reserve the right to discuss this with you and to refuse the sale.

    It is still not completely clear what extra charges will be made for EU customers. As I didn't want you to have unexpected VAT, customs or extra handling charges currently being levied, I temporarily removed most EU countries from the checkout. This has now been re instated but please be aware by purchasing from this website you accept full responsibility for any possible fees charged at customs.     Import duties, taxes and delays

    Overseas shipments, outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Please note that the buyer is responsible for paying all duties, taxes and other fees levied outside of the UK. I have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for any additional charges. Also delays at Customs in the receiving country are beyond my control.

  • Framing

     Some pieces are already framed, however some frames need to be ordered and a painting can be temporarily framed for the website and the frame no longer in stock. Therefore please allow slightly longer delivery times for a framed painting. If a painting is required for a certain date, please email to check beforehand. Estimated wait time for framing is 2-4 weeks. If the frame is in stock the painting will be sent in 2-3 working days. If a frame has to be ordered you will be contacted with an estimated shipping date.

  • Shipping

    All shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout.

     

    If you are local to Wiltshire please use ‘collection by arrangement’ at the checkout and this will remove any shipping costs.

     

    For destinations that do not appear, please email before purchasing and a price will be determined. For all international destinations, shipping costs are an estimate. Please see the shipping policy for further information.
