Most artwork on the website has an estimated shipping cost included at the checkout - each based on the size and weight of the work and of course your location.
All shipping costs contribute towards packing supplies, labour and transit fees.
Collection by arrangement
If you live near to Wiltshire and wish to collect your artwork, this option can be selected at the checkout and made by arrangement after payment is made. Please make contact as soon as possible and I will endeavour to arrange a convenient time for collection within 3 working days.
Shipping within the UK
All other orders will be packed and shipped within 5 working days if the item is framed (and the frame is in stock). If the frame is not in stock you will be contacted with an estimated time frame. Within the UK pieces are sent by Royal Mail, Parcel Force or courier depending on the size and weight of the particular piece. All are sent tracked and signed for where possible. Most UK deliveries arrive within 2-3 days from time of shipping. Please allow 7 working days as there can be genuine delays for various reasons.
For larger works, shipping costs need to be quoted individually therefore please contact me to discuss options before purchasing. I will then contact you via email to discuss specialist shipping options before the artwork is despatched. If you buy online first in order to secure the painting the shipping cost will be billed separately after agreement. If the shipping costs are unacceptable then I would be happy to cancel the order and issue a refund. If payment is not received for delivery within 7 days following your acceptance I reserve the right to cancel the order.

It is possible to ship to most countries. Paintings can be boxed or crated. If your location is restricted/does not appear in the checkout you may need a bespoke courier service for your destination. Please contact me with your details and I can email the shipping options.
International shipping is variable and currently is more expensive than usual. Again, shipping costs given at the checkout are an estimate, but may be higher depending on the destination. Usually extra costs are covered by me however if the actual cost is far in excess of the quoted amount I will get in touch with you to discuss.

Due to Brexit and Covid-19 restrictions, shipping costs are varying significantly. If the actual cost of shipping is significantly more than quoted I reserve the right to discuss this with you and to refuse the sale.
*EU Customers.
It is still not completely clear on exact charges made for EU customers at customs due to Brexit. As I didn't want you to have unexpected VAT, customs or extra handling charges currently being levied, I temporarily removed most EU countries from the checkout. This has now been re instated but please be aware by purchasing from this website you accept full responsibility for any possible fees charged at customs. Any questions regarding this, please do email.
Import duties, taxes and delays
Overseas shipments, outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Please note that the buyer is responsible for paying all duties, taxes and other fees levied outside of the UK. I have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for any additional charges. Also delays at Customs in the receiving country are beyond my control.
